Terms for software
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Draft, pending legal review. The Spanish version prevails.
These are Qbox's terms for management software that connects through its standard (the /connect API). The software's company accepts them when requesting access.
1. Who we are and what this is
The quetrastero.com portal belongs to Nueve Labs, S.L.. The standard lets self-storage management software publish on the portal the centres of the operators that give it access, keep them up to date and receive their requests.
2. Access
- You request access with your company's details. We review it and, if we accept it, you get your test credentials.
- Production credentials come with certification: automatic tests and the review of a real centre.
- Keep your credentials and webhook secret as safe as your own. If you think someone has them, remove them in your area and create new ones.
3. What you send
- You send the details of the centres each operator authorises you for, and only those: as the centre has them, up to date and without inventing anything.
- You never send tenants' data.
- What doesn't pass our checks isn't published. We may return or withdraw a centre, with its reasons, as we do with those added in Qbox.
4. Use of availability data
The centre data your software sends us (its units, its occupancy, its prices) is used for the portal: to show listings, to search and rank results, to notify the operator and to count its figures in Qbox. We don't use it for anything else, including our own management software, Qbox Manage, and we don't give it to anyone.
5. Requests and personal data
Information requests belong to the people who make them and to the operator who receives them. If the operator wants them to reach your software, you process them as that operator's data processor:
- only to answer that request, following their instructions;
- with the security measures their nature requires, and confidentially;
- without subcontracting anyone without telling the operator, and helping them with people's rights;
- deleting them when no longer needed, or when the operator asks you to.
When you request certification you accept this data processing agreement. Qbox processes them as the operator's processor to deliver them (as the portal's privacy policy says).
6. What it costs
The API, the test environment, the documentation and certification are free. If you later offer your customers the portal's online rental, we'll do it under a separate contract.
7. Limits and suspension
Respect the API's limits. We may suspend a software, with its reason, if it puts the portal, the operators or their customers at risk; its centres stay on the portal like those added in Qbox.
8. Changes
An API version is stable: anything breaking goes in a new one, with at least six months' notice. If these terms change, we'll tell you by email beforehand.
