Cookie policy

This is a translation of the Spanish text, which is the one that counts: read it in Spanish.

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember something, such as the fact that you have signed in. We only use the ones needed for what you ask to work, which is why we do not ask you to accept them.

On the portal

The portal uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. It only uses these, if you sign in to your account:

  • qt_customer: your session, so that you stay signed in to your account. It lasts until you sign out, and 90 days at most;
  • qt_oauth: while you sign in with Google or Apple, to check that you come back from the same attempt. It lasts 10 minutes.

In addition, while the tab is open, your browser remembers the last results you saw, so you can go back to them, and the centre you wanted to save while you sign in. This is deleted when you close the tab.

When you pay

On the payment pages, Stripe sets its cookies to prevent fraud: __stripe_mid, which lasts a year, and __stripe_sid, which lasts half an hour. They are needed to pay.

In quetrastero Centros and Gestión

The operators’ dashboards use these:

  • qt_session: your session, so you do not have to sign in on every page. It lasts until you sign out, and 30 days at most;
  • qt_device: if you use two-factor authentication, the device where you have already entered the code. It lasts 30 days;
  • qt_operator: the operator you choose, if you belong to several. It lasts a year;
  • qt_locale: the dashboard’s language. It lasts a year.

How to remove them

You can delete or block them in your browser settings. If you remove your account’s or the dashboards’ cookies you will have to sign in again; if you block Stripe’s, you may not be able to pay.
