Who we are

This portal, www.quetrastero.com, belongs to Nueve Labs, S.L. (“quetrastero”), tax ID B23977804, registered office at Calle Blas Valero, 74, 03201 Elche (Alicante). [Datos de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil].

For anything at all, write to us at equipo@quetrastero.com. It is also the point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, and for anyone who uses the portal. You can write to us in Spanish or in English.

What quetrastero is

quetrastero is a portal for finding storage centres in Spain, comparing their sizes and prices and, at the centres that allow it, renting a storage unit online.

Your storage unit is always rented to you by the centre: its operator is the one who signs the contract with you, sets the prices and terms and collects the rent. quetrastero is not a party to that contract.

Information about the centres

What you see about each centre (its description, photos, opening hours, sizes, prices and whether it has free units) comes from its operator or from the centre’s management software.

Prices are final, VAT included. Availability can change within minutes: before charging you, the centre checks that the unit is still free.

Descriptions in other languages may be machine translations, and the listing says so. If a listing is not managed by its operator, the listing says so too, and the operator can claim it for free.

How you can use the portal

You can use it to search for and compare centres, request information, join a waiting list and rent. In doing so, you agree to:

• give true details that are your own, or those of the company you represent;
• not send false requests or requests on behalf of someone else;
• not use it in a way that breaks or overloads it, such as with thousands of automated requests.

Your account

To save centres to your favourites and not have to type in your details every time you rent, you can create a free account: with your email address and a password (we send you a code to confirm your email) or with your Google or Apple account.

The account is yours: do not share your password with anyone. You can delete it whenever you like in “My account”, and if you do not sign in for 24 months, we delete it ourselves. If it is used against these terms, we may close it, and we will tell you.

Content that should not be here

If you see something you believe is illegal or should not be on the portal (a photo, a description, a fake listing), write to us at equipo@quetrastero.com with the address of the page and the reason. We will review it and tell you what we have decided.

Intellectual property

The quetrastero brand and logo, and the design and code of the portal, belong to quetrastero. The photos and descriptions of the centres belong to their operators, who allow us to publish them. You may not copy or use them without permission, except for your personal use.

Liability

What each centre publishes is the responsibility of its operator, and your rental is between you and the centre. If something on the portal does not work as it should, write to us and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

If we change them, you will see it here, with the date of the latest version.
