Certification

Before giving you production credentials, we check that your software gets it right. It's free.

1. The automatic tests

They pass on their own when you do them with your test credentials, and you see them in your area:

• a complete centre, with its address and its location;
• its sizes;
• its units: the whole list and one real-time change;
• the floor plan, with all its units;
• the daily list;
• webhooks, with their signature checked (your area's signature test);
• a retry: a test 429 and the same request, with its Idempotency-Key, after the Retry-After.

2. The review of a real centre

Once they all pass, you request certification from your area: you pick one of your test centres with the details of a real one, and the team reviews it as it will review your operators' centres. We'll write to you within a few days.

3. The terms

When you request it, you accept the data processing agreement for request data, in the terms for software.

Afterwards

With certification you create your production credentials, and your software appears in Qbox's “Connect your software”, so your operators can connect it.
