Level 1 · Connected
Requests
The centres' information and waiting-list requests, in your software.
When someone asks for information on a centre's listing, joins the waiting list for a full size or asks to be notified when it opens, you get the request, if the operator wants them in their software. By default they reach your software and their email; they can change this in “Connect your software”.
How they arrive
- Right away, with the
lead.createdwebhook (see Webhooks). - If a webhook was missed, with
GET /leads: those from the last 30 days, oldest first, withsince, limit(up to 100) andcursor(the previous page'snextCursor).

Marking it as handled
PUT /leads/{leadId}/status with {"status": "handled"}: it's handled in Qbox too.
Personal data
Your software processes this data on behalf of the operator, as a data processor, and only to answer that request: see the terms for software. Once delivered, Qbox doesn't keep the person's details in the webhook.
